Nestled in the heart of Düsseldorf, Ruby Leni Hotel beckons with its trendy design and inviting atmosphere, though my experience revealed a few gaps in service. A warm welcome could have enhanced the first impression. The room, while modern and soundproofed, lacked essential items for two guests: one towel and mismatched pillows hardly suited our needs. The highlights of my stay included comfortable beds, a rainfall shower with strong pressure, and a decent breakfast spot nearby. It's conveniently located, making it easy to explore shops and festive markets. Remember, though, to manage your expectations regarding housekeeping; Our bed wasn't serviced despite needing refreshment. Ruby Leni offers a blend of luxury and practicality, though it may not deliver the full value expected for its price. For a savvy traveler, it's worthwhile to weigh your options carefully.
